The CCN can connect your business to qualified applicants when you have hiring needs
Employers are utilizing the Cincinnati Career Network (CCN) as a vital resource for referring suitable job applicants for positions their companies need to fill. The CCN Career Consultants prescreen the qualifications of clients, who register for assistance with their job search, to ensure they best match the job requirements before making a referral for specific openings. Clients range from recent college graduates to experienced individuals with a wide range of employment backgrounds and skills to offer. With the expertise gained from years of experience working with both clients and employers, the CCN staff is adept in helping match people with jobs. The CCN client is advised to apply for a job in the company’s stated preferred manner (online, submit resume to a company mailing or e-mail address, etc.).
Employers may post job openings by contacting the CCN staff directly (Link below) or by submitting a job listing through our PanossahWorksCincinnati job search system (Link below) accessed by CCN staff and registered CCN clients. The CCN staff is available to answer questions the employer may have about a referred candidate. Because the CCN is a funded non-profit, there is no fee to the client or the employer.
The CCN also welcomes employers as volunteers to mentor, network and/or offer career guidance to clients, many of whom may be young professionals just starting out or individuals seeking to start a new career path or college students establishing career directions. The satisfaction gained by partnering with the CCN to provide this important community service is immeasurable.
